Important Information

- Products available on board are free of all taxes.

- Prices are quoted in US Dollars.

- The following payment methods are accepted on board: International Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. For cash payments please consult with the flight attendant.

- The maximum credit card purchase amount is US$500 per person per flight. Photo identification required.

- Duty Free liquor purchases cannot be consumed on board. It is prohibited the sale of alcoholic beverages to passengers under 18 years old.

- Payments with credit card issued by banks outside the United States will be converted to US Dollars.

- All Duty Free products available on board are owned and supplied by Duty Free World, Inc. Defective or damaged products are their exclusive responsibility.

Standard Terms for Claims

- It is your responsibility to check on board, that you receive the correct product.

- Claims concerning damaged or defective products must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Claims after 30 days will not be accepted.

- Original sales receipt or voucher is always required. No claims will be accepted without these documents.

- Only manufacturer defects or damage will be considered for return. Wear and tear from intended use will not be considered.

- Refunds do not apply for Perfumes, Creams, Makeup and Perishables. No exceptions will be made.  We cannot exchange a product, refunds only.
